Warranty and Replacement Policy
 

1. Pre-Verified Balances:
All gift card balances are verified before delivery to ensure accuracy and reliability. However, due to the high volume of stock supplies, we are not able to constantly monitor each card. Regular checks are conducted to minimize inaccuracies, and discrepancies are addressed promptly.
 

2. Potential Replacement, Bonus, or Credit:

  • As a third-party vendor, we are not affiliated with the businesses issuing the gift cards and cannot provide an exact difference for discrepancies. Instead, we honor the original purchase value by providing a replacement gift card of equal value.
  • For example, if you purchase a $10 gift card and the balance is $5, we will replace it with a $10 gift card. This policy reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction in handling discrepancies inherent to the gift card industry.
  • Alternatively, you can opt to receive store credit for the difference and up to the equal value of your original purchase.

Should you initially receive a gift card with a higher denomination than the value you paid for, with no discrepancies, consider it a bonus on us as part of our commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
Bonus values are issued at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

3. Warranty Period:

  • All sales are final.
  • Issues must be reported within up to the allowed time for the product as mentioned, with valid proof (receipt photo, register error, or failed transaction screenshot).
  • All discrepancies must be reported through the Order History section of your account.
  • When a report is made and a replacement is issued, the warranty timer will reset, providing a new grace period to allow for an additional report if there is a discrepancy with the replacement.
     

4. Conditions for Replacement or Credit:

  • A photo of the cashier screen showing the issue.
  • A screenshot of the balance inquiry or redemption attempt (if applicable).
  • The final receipt clearly showing tips and payment methods used.
  • A video recording of the redemption attempt, showing the card code entry and screen response.
  • Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
     

5. Exclusions:

  • Balance Checking: Unauthorized balance checks (e.g., online without proper PIN use or exceeding attempts) may void the warranty.
  • Staff or Location Issues: We are not responsible for merchant refusals, staff inexperience, or errors when processing the card.
     

6. No Proof, No Replacement or Credit:

If valid proof is not provided, no credit or replacement will be issued.

This Warranty Policy applies only to the services and guarantees provided by Diamond Hand Empire Inc. as a third-party reseller of discounted gift cards. We do not manufacture or issue the gift cards sold on this platform.
